Unable to redeem Mystery Offer

Hi,

I received a 10% mystery offer in the email from best buy but when I try to complete the purchase it says :Sorry, we didn’t recognize this promo code. Please make sure it’s valid and not an in-store only promo. I tried searching under your offers but the couon code does not show up there either. It clearly states in the coupon that it can be rededm online and gives a discount code that it says can be used online. The coupon code is valid till 5-31-21. Any help would be appreciated.

Welcome to our forums!  It’s awesome to hear you received one of our Mystery Offer coupons recently, and I’ll be happy to see what we can do to help you redeem it!

 

For me to take a closer look into this error message you’ve been running into, I’ll just need a few pieces of additional information for you.   If you could use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature to send me:

 

  • Your first and last name
  • Your phone number
  • Your email address
  • Your My Best Buy Member ID

 

As mentioned, be sure to use the blue “Private Message” button in my signature, and if you’re accessing our site on a mobile device, you may need to switch to “Full” or “Desktop” view before this button is visible to you.
