I have a few purchases that I am unable to report.
I was a member before the purchase, the orders are not over 180 days, and they have been fulfilled.
Please let me know how to resolve, I receve the error of "An unexpected error occurred" when i submit either order.

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding a couple of purchases you're having trouble reporting as missing! It's always great to ensure you receive all the My Best Buy rewards you can, so reporting missing purchases is a great habit to have if you don't always add your membership at the time of purchase. As mentioned in the post below though, you would be limited to adding one per month, which may explain the error you're receiving.
