Hello, I had an account with you guys and stil recieve emails about the points on my account. When I try to login it says invalid password or email. When I try to reset my Password I get an email stating I dont have an account. When I try to create an account, I get a notification saying there is already an account with this email. Big revolving circle. Help?

It’s possible, that you may have more than one My Best Buy memberships associated with the same email, or more than one email associated with the same My Best Buy membership.
