I have a best buy account but have not used it in the last few years, however, when attempting to log into my account it indicates that it does not recognize my email yet I am certain it was the email I used to register years ago. How can I find my account with using information besides my email account?

There's a very good chance your prior BestBuy.com and rewards accounts were cancelled if you haven't logged into them for a few years, which would explain why you're having trouble logging in. A rewards account will be cancelled if it were to go inactive for 24 consecutive months, and a BestBuy.com account will likely get cancelled or retired within the same time frame if inactive.
