I am having a similar issue to a lot of other people here. I am unable to create a Best Buy account with the error "email address already in use" even though I have not ever had a bestbuy account.
I've tried using various email addresses and my phone number, incognito, turned off adblocker and it still doesnt work. Please advise.

Thank you for taking the time to join our community here! Creating a My Best Buy account should be effortless, and I can understand how that error message can cause confusion and concern. This certainly is a strange situation, and I'd like the opportunity to assist however possible.
For clarification, are you using any type of VPN? If so, you may wish to turn that off in addition to the ad blocker. Also, which internet browser are you using, and is the default language set to English?

I am not using a VPN, I am using the browser Brave set to English.

That's weird, I just tried it with Microsoft Edge and it worked fine. Thanks for the help.
