Unable to complete my account

My account was previously hacked and I had to create a new Best Buy account. My new account is not displaying my purchase history, because I need to complete my account. However, when I click "Complete My Account", the verification code is sent to an email address that isn't mine. This email address is not listed in my account anywhere so I'm unable to change or update this setting.

When it comes to unauthorized orders made under your account, we suggest changing your account password. As I understand you created a new account entirely, a merge may be necessary.
