Trying to apply my reward ceriticates to purchase Elden Ring Windows Digital and I get the error "Sorry, but reward certificates can’t be used to buy gift cards or specialty items."

According to this page, reward certificates can be used to purchase digital downloads.

I saw other users with the same issue here and here. I'm hoping someone can help me buy this game with my rewards.Thanks in advance!
