Per the title of this post, I am unable to create a best buy account. I have tried multiple emails, but always the same phone number.The error it gives me says "Sorry, there was a problem creating your account. Please review your info and try again."
This number was originally one of my parent's numbers, and since they likely had a best buy account with the same phone number, that is likely the source of the issue I am having. I could not find anywhere to unlink the phone number from all associated accounts.
