USPS TRACKING AND BEST BUY TRACKING DONT MATCH UP

According to Best Buy I was supposed to receiving my package today by USPS, but USPS hasn’t been tracking my package since they did a pre-shipment. I don’t know which tracking system to use or who to blame but all I know was I was really looking forward to that package.
