I am trying to change the email in my account and I am not getting the verification email. The existing email gets verifications so i know it is not the browser etc....

It's never a bad idea for a member to make sure the details tied to their rewards account are up-to-date, as it can help prevent potential verification issues when attaching a purchase for points or even when trying to pick-up an order. I've moved a few times since first enrolling in the rewards program 10+ years ago, and after each move, I had to update my own rewards account. You should be able to update some of your own details on BestBuy.com under Account Settings; however, I'd be happy to make sure your rewards account is up-to-date.
