I've tried several times to change my email and communications addresses on my BestBuy account. That didn't work. I contacted BestBuy chat who changed it, but that change didn't happen. Every time I try to change my email address I get a request to change password instead. When I try to change the password I get an error message. As of now my login is one email address and my communications is another. I need to change both to a different email address - how do I do that? Thank you.
