So I've been trying to create an account in order to review an item I've bought, but I'm unable to do so.
The message given isn't terribly helpful, more or less "Account Creation Failed".
-Checking whether either of my emails are already signed up
-Multiple password combinations, in case it was taking issue with my password for some reason
-Using a different browser, in case the problem was limited to Firefox.
The only problem I can think of is if Best Buy limits accounts based on IP, as there are multiple people on my IP, one of which has a Best Buy account of his own.
Apologies if that wasn't thorough enough to help, I'll give more information if requested.

Not only does creating an account allow you to review products, but easily place orders, track orders, and keep track of your rewards! I'm sorry to hear you seem to be having trouble creating an account.
While it wouldn't be impossible for an IP address to be blocked, it would be incredibly rare. It is far more likely that there is a browser or user error, or an issue with the information you're trying to use to register.
