Total Tech and purchases applied to wrong Member ID

On 10/15/21, I purchased/upgraded my cellphone and added TotalTech from Best Buy #1478. My sales representative was excellent and made the process very simple, with no upgrade or trade-in issues with my old phone. The issue is related to multiple Best Buy Member IDs and my new TotalTech membership purchase. It appears that the Total Tech membership is linked to the Best Buy Member ID of another family member. I used my Best Buy card to buy the items and didn't realize the purchase and Total Tech plan were applied to the wrong account. I'd like to know what information I can provide so that the Total Tech plan and purchases made on 10/15/21 can be transferred to my Best Buy Member ID. Thank you for the help!
