Total Points and Available Certificates Not Synced

Hello,

My account shows that I have more reward certificates available than the amount of certificates I have access to. I've seen other people post about this and it looks like their accounts just needed a resync. Can someone help me with this please?

Welcome to the forum! It's fantastic to hear you've been keeping an eye on the certificates you have available. With that said, it would be pretty confusing and frustrating to see differing amounts from your certificate balance to what is available at checkout. I'm truly sorry for any confusion this may have caused you. 

 

Please know that we are aware of a display issue with certificate balances continuing to show certificates as available after they've been redeemed. While our teams are working on this, you may see your available certificates during checkout. I'll be sure to update you next Monday with any information I may have.

Tasha,

Thanks for the reply. I did just try to checkout to see if my rewards are available and I'm still not seeing the full amount. I noticed this a few weeks ago and thought maybe I had a purchase that hadn't applied yet. Is there any way to force my account to sync?

Hello Bstevens23 - 

As I previously mentioned, we are currently aware of a display issue causing certificate balances to be incorrect. Currently, it appears you have a $15 certificate available. I am sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
