System keeps telling me I have $20 in certificates, but I can't access them

When I log into BestBuy.com it tells me I have certificates available, but I cannot find a way to access them.
I've even gotten emails saying I have a certificate ready, but I don't know where to look on the page since it's not in the usual My Best Buy Page.

 

This is the notification I keep getting

The amount keeps growing, but I cannot find where these certs are.

I do know recently I had a game pre-ordered which came with a $10 Best Buy E-giftcard, which had me claim the card through my account, but this seems different.

It makes me happy to know you're choosing Best Buy for all your tech needs and are being rewarded for it. It's important to stay up to date on points and certificates you may accrue, and I can understand wanting to check in on the notifications you are receiving about your account.

 

When you go to your profile page through the My Best Buy app or when you're logged in on your computer, do you see the rewards section listed? This is where you should be able to view what's in your account.
