Stolen Rewards

Best Buy has an inherent problem and I'd like to talk to someone about it (ideally via phone, but I doubt you can do that so PM will suffice).  Please let me know who I can message.  Thanks.

Thanks.  I sent you a message.  I actually sent two - the first message I sent, I had uploaded 3 different images and linked them in the PM.  They showed when I was composing the message, but are appearing as broken links when I look at the message in the SENT MESSAGES folder in my account.  Guessing the forum software here is doing something to disable them.

 

I re-sent the PM and replaced the images with copied and pasted text, as without the data shown in the images, the PM doesn't convey things as well.
