Stolen Points

Several weeks ago, now, someone went into a store redeemed points as certificates and made a purchase. 


First, I am not even sure how this is possible, they must have had someone in the store issue them.  


Second, I have called multiple times and I keep getting told “they will get back to me in a few days”.  Then I was told all the tickets were closed, with no resolution.  It feels a lot like if they make this really hard I will just forget it.


Last, when this was done my BB CC was removed from my account, and now they can not seem to relink it so I am unable to bank points.


I really need someone to take ownership of these related issue and fix them.
