I was browsing the site today as I am in need of 2 new Iphones and when I went to check my points balance, I noticed hundreds of dollars in points missing. A little digging shows that $210 of points were redeemed and used in North Irving Texas (I live in MA) on 9/1/18. I would like to know what my options are to get those points back. I have already gone in and changed my password.
