Maybe I don't understand how the Best Buy Credit Card works, but I have one and have spent a substantial amount of money with the card, selecting every time the "5% Reward Points" back or whatever at checkout, and I've just noticed that I have literally 0 rewards points. I also don't get emailed receipts even though my email (same email attached to this account) is spelled correctly. This is really frustrating and will probably just make the move somewhere else if this is how it's supposed to be. Any ideas on why or what I'm doing wrong?

The decision to spend a significant amount of money on anything is not usually a quick one. A significant amount of time and thought is invested. I spent a good portion of my weekend looking at new toilets for my bathroom and probably spent more time than needed weighing my options for a $100 purchase. I can understand having questions after having spent over $4,000. There are a couple potential explanations that come to mind as to why you may have zero points. Did you select a promotional financing offer? We do not award points with the use of a promotional financing offer. Did you use tax exempt status that is classified as being for resale? Could you have more than one My Best Buy™ account?
I cannot say with 100% certainty that any of those are the reasoning behind why you have not been receiving points without first reviewing your account. With that being said, I will need to gather some additional information from you before we can move forward.
