Spend $1500 Outside of Best Buy Reward - Issue

I have a current promo on my Best Buy Visa account to spend $1500 outside of Best Buy between 03/11 and 04/24 and earn a $75 certificate.

 

I received an email on 4/5 telling me as of 4/5 I had spent $xxxx.xx and needed $yyy.yy more by 4/24 to qualify for the promo.  The value in the email of current spend is off by $175 (meaning the system thinks I've spent $175 less than what I actually spent).

 

Who can I contact for this to take a look?  I ahve spent well over the $1500 requirement at this time, yet the system doesn't seem to be calculating properly and NONE of the purchases were at Best Buy - they were all outside of Best Buy.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Those rewards are part of what makes owning a Best Buy Visa so awesome, and I'm sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your reward to post. I can imagine that has been a disheartening experience, and I'd like to see what I can do to help.

 

If you haven't, I would contact Citibank at (888) 574-1301 and one of their helpful agents should be able to help out or clarify this situation further. Hi Meg,

 

I've had issues in the past and Citibank overseas support could barely understand what I was asking, let alone communicate with me in a manner that was efficient.  I always have to resort to coming to the forums here and someone has to reach out to the Citibank counterparts behind the scenes to rectify matters.

 

It's a very difficult process because I always have to share statements with your team that you then have to use to communicate with Citibank as Citibank can't "see" my Rewards account and Best Buy can't "see" the credit card account.
