Dear support, I cannot create an account.
I am not using VPN or AD block.
Tried different browsers (firefox and chrome). Firefox is my main browser and tryed brand new chrom.
Is it realistic to contact someone from the support team using private messages?

Tryed create it on my laptop and PC... nothing...
And I can't "sign in" using google account.

We definitely want to see you enrolled in our program and earning rewards for your purchases! Are you using a non-English browser? Sometimes that can create an issue.
