I received an emailed receipt today from a purchase I did not make on my rewards number. In checking my purchase history I see several items that I did not purchase either on my rewards account number.
I do not have a best buy credit card, only a rewards account.
How do I resolve this issue. Who do I report to and how do I remove the ability of someone from using my rewards account fraudulently.
