Somebody else's name is on My Best Buy Rewards account

For quite awhile now, somebody else's name has been showing up on My Best Buy Rewards account. When I purchase in store, I'm asked if I'm Elizabeth or Bradley, and since I'm a female the associate usually seems just as confused as I am that somebody name Bradley is on my account. Additionally, I'm constantly getting emails for this person named Bradley but it's to my personal email address. I called 1-888 BEST BUY and the associate said she could not see anybody else on the account and that it must be my own error, but even under my account settings the only name there is my own, not Bradley. 


I want this person off just in case he is using my rewards.

Sometimes, if your email or phone number has been recycled or previously owned by someone else, two accounts can be created with different names. Other times, it's just simple human error, and either the customer or Best Buy employee mistyped the contact information, therefore making it appear that two people use the same phone number or email.


As long as you aren't seeing points added or deducted from your account, it's more of an annoyance than an actual security threat. Hang tight for a moderator to check this out for you.
