Receieved a 10% off a single item offer. Doesn't say anything about not working on sale items, just says Markdown taken from regular or "was prices". Been looking at a monitor that is now on sale, it shows "was $449". But I'm unable to apply 10% off, though before it worked when it was $449.

The coupon only applies to regular prices.

Well that isn't in the fine print. It clearly states works on "was prices". This is not the same offer as the birthday deal that excluded sale items.

Hi there, Howie411,
"Was" pricing is just another way of saying original pricing. I hope this helps clarify the information provided.
Best,

Well the wording needs to change then because if you go to https://www.bestbuy.com/site/dell-32-led-curved-qhd-freesync-monitor-with-hdr/6375331.p?skuId=637533... it clearly shows Wsa $449.99
So basically according to the offer that price should be valid.
