Bought a samsung QLED TV before xmas and the bestbuy store told me I'd get 20% rewards with a new bestbuy credit card sigh up. Now they are telling me I only get $295 on a $3000 purchase!

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us! For new Best Buy Credit card accounts, your first day of purchases receives 10% back in rewards. If this isn't enticing enough, finding an offer for an additional percentage back on certain purchases would be incredible!
With that said, with so much excitement for the rewards, I can imagine how frustrating it may have been to see these points not post as you expect. I know we sometimes have offers such as you mentioned, so I would be happy to look into what went awry.

BB where I purchased says they did this to a number of people and mine should be corrected. So far all I get is the run around. I will NEVER make another major purchase at Bestbuy. My advise, get it off the web, there are many other decent places that are honest!

We greatly appreciate you reaching out to share your experience and feedback with us. However, if your TV model did not qualify for the offer, we would be unable to fulfill it.

Yes you said that in a private message, it does NOT excuse the store for lying to me!!!
The same store has told me at least 3 times now that it did qualify. So someone is clearly wrong. I am just repeating what the store has told me.
