Rude customer service members on the elite line

Been trying to get a rewards certificate issued from a promo email. I called multiple times and get nowhere with the help line. Been hung up on. Told that my rewards points are the certificate( which ive been banking for months). I was told they opened a case (12.11.21) and it would be 3 days for them to figure it out. Called again on 12.16.21 and was told that I need to now wait until monday (12.20.21). Called today(12.21.21)
I have asked for a supervisor since we are going in circles and they said to hang up amd call again. That's not getting me to a supervisor. This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. All this time I've spent dealing with your customer service is not worth the 25 dollars I'm trying to. Somebody just need to issue me the certificate so I can be done with tbis. Honestly, I deserve more for the terrible experience.

They transferred me to a different department. Customer serivce of the year award goes to you guys.... 

 

 

I swear im going to cancel my best buy credit card and shop anywhere else.
