Generally, these points will be added back to your My Best Buy automatically three days after your order has been cancelled or refunded. This process wouldn't require or involve your My Best Buy credit card so you shouldn't need to contact us for this process to begin.
Do you recall how long ago this order was cancelled? Please let me know if it's been longer than three days, I would be glad to review your account in closer detail.
