Rewards used not returned to account

Returned and item dec16 today 21 st used $35 in rewards that was not returned to my bb account

Saw that but pasted the 3 days return so when will the $35 reward be in the account

As mentioned in the FAQ, please send a private message with your information and we will take a closer look at your rewards account.   It is listed towards the end of the FAQ.

This question and answer is waste of time for anyone i’ll call for now on gets fixed right away

It does not appear you even read the private message I sent you on 12/21 requesting additional information so that I could review your rewards account.  I will send you another one.  To read private messages, you would need to click on the little envelope at the top of the page.
