Rewards problem

I purchased a 75' Samsung Q80T TV online and picked up at Billings, MT store. The TV is great and I'm happy with it, the problem is that when I got on bestbuy.com I noticed I didn't receive the rewards points and that it wouldn't go towards Elite membership. I found out it was because I selected the 24mo interest free option on my Best Buy card. I don't care about the cash back but I do want the elite membership benefits so I've been trying for the last 2 hours to change it and drop the 24mo financing to just a regular purchase that gets the points. I first chatted and then called Best Buy twice and was hung up on or disconnected both times, finally I chatted again and was told I needed to call the Best Buy card number and they could change it. I did that and after waiting and finally talking to them they told me a Best Buy associate had to do it and was transferred back to Best Buy again. I waited on there for the 3rd time and was disconnected again. There's apparently no eamil for Best Buy support and I am tired of being disconnected. Can someone please just call me or email me so I can get this fixed, I'm getting very frustrated with all the time this is taking. I would list my contact info but I assume this is a public forum so please just look up my info. I have a Best Buy account under Clint {removed per forum guidelines}

Thank you for posting for support on our forum. I'm glad to hear you were able to take advantage of our great financing option, and I'm happy to follow up on any questions you may still have regarding this and your account.

 

Our members can choose between standard financing and points or promotional financing and zero points when using a My Best Buy credit card. While the purchase may not qualify for points, it should still count towards qualifying for Elite and Elite Plus status. Please know it can generally take up to 20 days for points from an eligible purchase to officially post to a member's rewards account.
