We purchased a new washer July 2020 and financed the purchase. We just assumed that we would get reward points, we were not told that we would not get points since we financed. We do not think it's fair that people who purchase major items do not get reward points when they finance. Had we known that we were not getting reward points, we would have used a credit card instead of Bestbuy financing.
