Rewards points to certificate broken

I cannot convert points to certificates. I called you and chatted online with eight of your representatives. All of which did not fix the ability for me to use close to $3000 in rewards points

First you converted the points into certificates then you converted them back to points. Then the6 Saud to use them put them back into certificates but my our site says try again. And your representatives spend hours on this with no fix. Please help.

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our community forums. Getting My Best Buy points and certificates is a great thing and I'm sure you're eager to use all of these certificates. I would be glad to give you a bit more information and help you look further into this.

 

If you are a My Best Buy Elite or Elite Plus member, you can select the option to bank your My Best Buy points until you are ready to use them. Based on your message, it sounds like your account was set to issue these certificates automatically.

 

I'd like to review your case history to get a better understanding of what steps previous agents have taken. I will need to gather a bit more information in order to do so. I'll be sending you a private message shortly.

 

You can check your inbox by clicking on the orange envelope in the top right corner of your screen after logging into your forum account. I'll keep an eye out for your message.
