Rewards points not received for purchases

Hello,

 

I was double checking my rewards history and noticed that I didn't receive rewards points from my last two Bestbuy.com orders (both totalling $65.24). I ordered two copies of Super Mario 3D All-Stars on 09/03 and only one purchase is shown in my rewards history, and my purchase of The Lord of the Rings: The Motion Picture Trilogy Extended Edition Bluray on 09/09 is also not reflected in my rewards history, though these orders do show up in my purchase history. I tried to use the Report Missing Points tool, but every time I tried it says "An unexpected error occurred." Can I get some assistance with this?

Welcome back to our community forums. I know I keep a close eye on my rewards account and would be happy to help you take a closer look into this for you.

 

Typically, My Best Buy points will post to your account 15 days from the shipping our purchase date of products. After taking a look, I see that Super Mario 3D All-Stars was released on Sept. 18 so there is still some more time for this purchase to be added to your account.

 

I would like to take a closer look at your second order and will need a few more details to do so. I'll be sending you a private message shortly. You can check your inbox by clicking the orange envelope in the top right of your screen after logging in.

It's been more than twenty days since these purchases were made and I still haven't received rewards points for them. I replied to your PM to verify this on the 7th but haven't heard back yet. Is there a way to get the points credited to my account?
