Rewards points not credited after return

A few weeks ago I returned an item from order #{removed per forum guidelines} and have not yet received the full $37.94 in rewards points due back for the refund. It appears that some rewards points are still coming into the account as pending but it is not the full amount I listed above. Should it normally take this long for the points to be restored? Thank you.

This looks to be a poplar topic this week.  It should not take that long.  As you may read in other threads, a non-bonus certificates point value should repost to a member's rewards account within about three days once a return or cancellation has been processed.  If it has been a few weeks since the return in-question was processed and points have not reposted, then I may need to intervene.


I would definitely hate to lose out on the chance to fully utilize points I had been awarded and would hate for a member to lose out on the same.  Please send me a private message with the below information and I will see what I can do to help.  A private message can be sent by first logging into the forum and then clicking on the blue button in my signature that just so happens to be labeled "Private Message."
