I purchased a monitor for 599 with the protection plan I used 150$ in rewards certificates and ended up returning the monitor. I only got back the 450$ I understand I don't get back the protection plan because it gets used up but it's been 3 days and I still have not gotten back my certificate. In the past the certificate went back into my account the same day.

The new terms of the My Best Buy program, effective 2/14, state you forfeit your certificate/points if you return a purchase or service purchased using certificates.
