I have a $5 reward certificate that does not expire for another month. When trying to purchase something online it does not show up in my account but I have an email saying I was issued the reward. My account number on the reward matches the account number I am using to make the purchase with. How can I use my reward certificate?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your missing $5 certificate. It would be surprising to login and not see it reflected during checkout, especially if it has yet to expire. My first thought would be that you potentially have multiple memberships, and this would be under another, but as you mentioned the member IDs match, this is ruled out as well.
My next thought is that it has already been redeemed. Have you had any recent purchases that you, or perhaps family that would use your account, would have applied this to?
