Rewards certificate gone

The last I knew I was at Elite status and had been banking points. Apparently my Elite status expired and a $100 certificate was issued at some point. Today I went to issue a cert for my banked points, but there weren't many there. So I then checked my rewards history. Sure enough it was issued on 3/1/18. But now it's expired. Is there any way to get it back?

Re: Rewards certificate gone

Hello there mives,

Welcome to the forum and thank you for being a My Best Buy member! It’s great to hear you may have been an Elite member banking your points. This is a great option to save rewards until you’re ready to redeem them! It’s discouraging to hear your Elite status may have expired though, leading to your rewards being automatically issued.

As your certificate expired, you may wish to review our posts below regarding expired certificates and tier expiration. In short, certificates typically expire after 60 days and cannot be reissued once expired, per our My Best Buy
Program Terms. I apologize if this isn’t the news you were hoping for when you reached out.

With that said, I would be delighted to review your account to ensure you’re set up for success, so I am sending you a private message. You may check your messages by signing into the forum then clicking the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page.

Sincerely,
