I was planning to make a purchase on BestBuy.com today and I wanted to use the points that I've been saving for a while now. I checked my account and it says that I don't have any of the points I've been saving. I checked the rewards history and it said showed that the points were spent, but I didn't spend them. The certificates dont even show up either.

It can take up to 24 hours for a certificate to appear in your account after requesting that it be issued. Since these points are no longer listed in your account, I'd like to take a closer look so I can determine what options I have to help moving forward.
