My rewards points were stolen from account. Some one added another email address to my account and stole 785$ worth of points. I never received an email about the redemptions or the email change either. I already called customer service and filed a complaint. Please help.

Welcome, though I wish you had found us under better circumstances. Finding any amount of rewards redeemed without your authorization would be disconcerting, much less such a large amount as you mentioned.
Generally speaking, most accounts are initially compromised online. As such, I would strongly encourage you to modify your BestBuy.com password, as well as your email account's password. I'm glad to hear you already contacted our phone support, but I would like to take a look myself too.
