I just received an email for my order. it appears someone spent all my hard saved points.. 407 dollars.. It doesn't appear that they have access to my account online. I had a fairly secure password. Of course Best Buy isn't answering the phone at all! smart - in that they did it right before the main phone lines shut down for the day.
Purchase was in store. I would like my points back so that i can have a good christmas instead of a really Krappy one.
I have changed passwords and setup 2fa, but i don't think that is how it was done.. Assume it was a bestbuy purchase assisted via phishing.
THIS IS A PRETTY BIG DEAL.. PLEASE RESPOND AND ASSIST.
