There are a lot of great rewards programs out there and I certainly understand wanting to get the most out of any that you choose to use. I will certainly record your feedback about the My Best Buy program here at the corporate level so that it can be available internally as we consider how best to serve our customers going into the future.
Regarding one point of the feedback you provided, I do want to provide some clarification to ensure you're aware that My Best Buy members can currently receive points for the purchase of Apple and Beats products so long as they are purchased with standard credit with the My Best Buy Credit Card. Otherwise, members would not receive points for such purchases. From your post, I understand that you do not wish to have a My Best Buy Credit Card due to previous experiences, so that would understandably impact this outcome. Either way, you can learn more about the benefits of the My Best Buy program by reviewing the My Best Buy Frequently Asked Questions page, or the Terms of the My Best Buy Program.
