Hello, i had almost 400$ in best buy rewards i have been saving up, and was getting ready to spend some today. When i got to checkout to my shock it was all gone. I thought it was a mistake, but surely enough a day ago, someone had done an in store purchase with my account on the other side of the country!! (a nintendo switch, a video game, and a figurine) I have changed my password but I can't obviously make an employee check ID!!
Please help me, your rewards program is the whole reason i do purchasing for my company in your store! I will also call in the morning when i have a chance. it's just outside hours right now and i just figured it out.

Welcome to our community, and thanks for being a loyal member of the My Best Buy™ program. After saving up nearly $400 in rewards certificates, I imagine I'd be quite livid if I were to discover they had been issued and redeemed without my consent or knowledge.
Since most accounts of any kind are usually compromised online, I'm glad to hear you've already changed the password for your BestBuy.com account. As you stated in your post, we do not require an ID to be shown at the register in order to redeem rewards certificates, but I'll be sending you a private message shortly to discuss this matter further.
