Yes, I did not know about point expiring, I recently went on to my account and it satted that my previoous points were expired.
I also never recieved any notification on my rewards points to my e-mail or recieved any certificates as it states on the site.
Can I get my points redeemed or re-issed back to me? It is unfair to have them expired without any notification.
I also just recently made a large purchase, and like best buy, but if I cannot get my points back I may elect to shop elsewhere, as there would be no benefit to continue without my points.

Good afternoon Ray,
Welcome to the forum and thank you for your patience! Logging into one's account is the best way to keep track of and manage one's rewards. While we send notifications for certain things, like when a certificate is issued, emails may be missed, filtered to a spam inbox, or even blocked. With that said, I can imagine you were stunned to see your certificates and points had expired, especially if you were unaware of our My Best Buy Program Terms.
Under these terms, points don't expire on active accounts. To keep an account active, there must be activity within a 12-month period. While points don't expire, certificates do. Certificates generally have 60 days to be redeemed, and cannot be reissued once expired.
I would be happy to review your membership with you to see exactly what happened, so I am sending you a private message. Please keep an eye on the envelope icon in the top right corner of the page to check your messages.
