I truly don't understand why reward points have such a limited window for use. I spent the money, I received the reward but, apparently, I must use those rewards according to the dictates of a bad policy. Reward points should remain on my account until redeemed. They should not expire. While the employees at Best Buy and Geek Squad do what they can within even more policy restrictions, trying to deal with any level of management is impossible. I DO NOT want to call since I hate the phone but you refuse to offer email support for anyone in any position of authority since, I'm sure, making it difficult for the customer is always better and vastly more profitable than having actual customer service.

Sending me your rewards FAQ doesn't answer the question nor does the policy, in any way, explain why they disappear after only 30-60 days. I've worked for companies like Best Buy where the answer to everything is "You don't need to know the reason, it's the policy".
Oh, well. Best Buy is a distant second to just ordering what I need from Amazon. They're taking your lunch money in pretty much every way possible. The only reason I'm even connected to Best Buy is the Geek Squad employees that go out of their way to make things right.
