I just went to use my rewards certificate and come to find out it expired a few days ago! I'm sure you can imagine the horror I'm experiencing. Is there any way to get an extension?

I'm disappointed to hear about your expired certificate. I can imagine how disheartening it can be having been short of pulling the trigger on a purchase and have this come up.
I'll start by letting you know that our certificates are generally valid from 60 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise noted. That said, we are generally unable to reissue certificates. However, I'd be more than happy to take a look at your account though and see if we may have some options to help you out.
