I made a purchase and was convinced to get the best buy credit card to get 10% rewards. 2 weeks later I received an email address with my rewards ceritficate. When I went to use it, it was invalid, and missing from my account. Deeper in my account it said membership cancelled.
I called customer service and they were useless and went in circles with me about how I must have cancelled my membership. I did not. I never called them about anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They hung up on me.
I need my certificate back please.
