Hello, from my My Best Buy Citi Rewards card I've recently received over $75 in rewards certificates that all appear to have been sent to the wrong member ID. The member ID on the email does not match the member ID on my BestBuy.com account, which I also use to log in to Citi. I'm not sure what to do about this, there seems to be no way for me to redeem my rewards. I only have one Best Buy account so I don't even know where this ID in the emails came from. Thanks for your help
