Rewards Certificate Sent to Wrong Member ID

Hello, from my My Best Buy Citi Rewards card I've recently received over $75 in rewards certificates that all appear to have been sent to the wrong member ID. The member ID on the email does not match the member ID on my account, which I also use to log in to Citi. I'm not sure what to do about this, there seems to be no way for me to redeem my rewards. I only have one Best Buy account so I don't even know where this ID in the emails came from. Thanks for your help
