Hi I just realized I was issued a $20 dollar rewards certificate which for some reason went to my junk mail and I was never able to use it. Is there anything that can be done? I worked hard on making big purchases to earn those rewards only to lose them without even knowing it had auto issued them.

Good morning tigarcia09,
Welcome to the forum! After saving enough rewards for a $20 certificate, I'm sure you were excited to redeem this and felt as though you missed out when you discovered the reward had already been issued and expired.
As you may be aware, we are generally unable to reissue certificates once they expire. Typically certificates are valid for 60 days from the issue date under our My Best Buy Terms. I understand that your notification email may have been filtered to your junk email. It is because of instances like yours that we encourage customers to manage their rewards from BestBuy.com. From BestBuy.com you can see all available rewards and expiration dates, and do not need to rely on emails that may be filtered to different folders, disregarded as marketing emails, or even blocked. For more information, you may wish to review the post below.
With that said, I would be delighted to review your membership with you to ensure you're best able to manage your rewards. Please keep an eye on the envelope icon in the top right corner for my message.
