Rewards Account

I have contacted customer service several times regarding this issue. Someone continues to redeem my rewards points and use my Best Buy rewards account. I have changed my password and have two-step authentication in place. Not only have I lost out on numerous gift cards, but I feel extremely violated that someone is able to continue to use my account without my permission. It’s been years now. I’ve been a loyal Best Buy customer, but I’m ready to take my business elsewhere. Is there anything else I can do?

Welcome to the forum, and thank you for reaching out regarding your redeemed rewards. It would be incredibly unsettling to have someone continuously using one's account without authorization, so I'm glad you've reached out to see what options we may have. 

It is great to hear you've already changed your password and enabled 2-Step Verification. It is peculiar though that this has continued to occur. I would like to dig further into this with you though to see what may be happening. Please keep an eye on your inbox in the top right corner of the page for my private message.
