Reward points.

I am unable to load my points in my app. Bought a tv today and a computer monitor a month ago. Neither are showing as purchased. Today when I purchased the tv I verified my info all was correct. But still nothing is showing. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to our community! Thank you for choosing Best Buy for your purchases. I understand how concerning it may be to notice that you’re not see any of your My Best Buy points loading on your end. I’d be happy to shed some light on this for you.  


Have you checked out our post regarding missing points here? Please note, you may not be able to report a purchase as missing if you were not a member at the time or it’s older than 180 days. Were the purchases made on your purchasing profile associated with your My Best Buy rewards account? Can you please send us a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, My Best Buy member ID, and your primary billing address? We’d happy to also take a further look. A private message can be sent to us by choosing the blue “Private Message” button in my signature.
