Have you checked out our post regarding missing points here? Please note, you may not be able to report a purchase as missing if you were not a member at the time or it’s older than 180 days. Were the purchases made on your BestBuy.com purchasing profile associated with your My Best Buy rewards account? Can you please send us a private message with your full name, phone number, email address, My Best Buy member ID, and your primary billing address? We’d happy to also take a further look.
